Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Phasa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Phasa ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Phasa mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using Phasa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Phasa. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation and Security Creating an Account     •    You must provide a valid email address and create a password     •    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials     •    You may not share your account with others     •    You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access Account Responsibility You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Account Termination You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

User Responsibilities By using Phasa, you agree to: ✅ Provide accurate information ✅ Use the App lawfully and respectfully ✅ Respect other users' privacy and dignity ✅ Keep your account secure ✅ Comply with all applicable laws

Community Guidelines Phasa includes community features where users can post, comment, and interact. To maintain a safe and supportive environment, you agree to: DO:     •    Be kind, respectful, and supportive     •    Share experiences that may help others     •    Respect others' privacy and anonymity choices     •    Report inappropriate content or behavior DO NOT:     •    Harass, bully, or threaten other users     •    Share others' personal information without consent     •    Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content     •    Share graphic medical content that could be disturbing     •    Impersonate others or create fake accounts     •    Share misinformation about health or medical treatments     •    Engage in hate speech based on identity, orientation, race, religion, etc.     •    Solicit personal contact information from other users     •    Use the community for dating or romantic purposes Content Moderation We reserve the right to remove any content or ban users who violate these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

Prohibited Conduct You may not: ❌ Use the App for any illegal purpose ❌ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems ❌ Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App ❌ Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App ❌ Collect or harvest user data without consent ❌ Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code ❌ Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Health Disclaimer and Limitation Not Medical Advice IMPORTANT: Phasa is a personal health tracking tool. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Using Phasa does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare provider relationship. Consult Healthcare Providers Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for:     •    Medical diagnoses     •    Treatment decisions     •    Medication changes     •    Health concerns or emergencies Emergency Services In a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately (911 in the US). Do not rely on Phasa for emergency medical assistance. Accuracy of Information While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about:     •    The accuracy of cycle predictions or health insights     •    The suitability of any information for your specific situation     •    The AI assistant's responses or recommendations User Responsibility You are solely responsible for:     •    Decisions you make based on App content     •    How you interpret and use your health data     •    Seeking appropriate medical care when needed

Intellectual Property Our Rights The App, including all content, features, functionality, designs, logos, and software, is owned by Phasa and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Restrictions You may not:     •    Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App     •    Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App     •    Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

User Content and License Your Content You retain ownership of any content you create in the App, including:     •    Journal entries     •    Daily health logs     •    Community posts and comments License to Us By posting content in community features, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:     •    Display your content to other users     •    Store and process your content to provide services     •    Moderate and remove content that violates our guidelines Content Standards You represent that your content:     •    Does not violate any laws or third-party rights     •    Does not contain viruses or malicious code     •    Is not defamatory, obscene, or offensive Right to Remove We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice.

Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our [Privacy Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Phasa, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services The App uses third-party services including:     •    OpenAI - For AI assistant functionality     •    Supabase - For data storage and authentication     •    Expo - For app infrastructure Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:     •    Merchantability     •    Fitness for a particular purpose     •    Non-infringement     •    Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content     •    Uninterrupted or error-free operation WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:     •    The App will meet your requirements     •    Defects will be corrected     •    The App is free from viruses or harmful components     •    Your data will never be lost or corrupted (though we maintain backups)

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY:     •    Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages     •    Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use     •    Personal injury or property damage     •    Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App     •    Damages resulting from reliance on App content     •    Damages from unauthorized access to your account MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater. ESSENTIAL PURPOSE: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phasa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:     •    Your use of the App     •    Your violation of these Terms     •    Your violation of any rights of another person or entity     •    Your content posted in the App

Termination By You You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App settings. By Us We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:     •    You violate these Terms or Community Guidelines     •    You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity     •    Your account has been inactive for an extended period     •    We are required to do so by law     •    We discontinue the App Effect of Termination Upon termination:     •    Your license to use the App ends immediately     •    Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy     •    Sections of these Terms that should survive (disclaimers, limitations, etc.) remain in effect

Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:     •    Posting updated Terms in the App     •    Sending you an in-app notification or email     •    Updating the "Last Updated" date Significant changes require acceptance: For material changes, we may require you to review and accept the new Terms before continued use. Continued use = acceptance: Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Changes to the App We reserve the right to:     •    Modify or discontinue any feature of the App     •    Change pricing (with notice for paid features)     •    Discontinue the App entirely We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible, but are not obligated to do so.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION] without regard to conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in [YOUR JURISDICTION] for any disputes.

Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phasa regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.

No Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
